We start by figuring out what your project is has to accomplish. We get users, developers, and designers into a room (or on a conference call) to discuss the purpose of the proposed system. Once we have established the system requirements, we will propose an estimated project timeline.

START BUILD PROTOTYPES
Our team will start working on building functional models right away. Once we have the requirements, deadline, and budget figured out, our engineers and designers will create and improve upon working prototypes until we are ready to unveil our finished product.

USER FEEDBACK
Ongoing collaboration between our team and client users in order to create a high-quality system is an ongoing process. Our client’s users will be the ones providing feedback so that we can tweak and improve the prototypes, creating the best possible finished product.

REPETITION
We repeat steps two and three until we feel the project is done, or until we have all working modules assembled together to meet our client’s requirements.

TESTING
We will not pronounce a project complete until we have made sure that it works according to our clients requirements. We run the system through different scenarios and permutations to make sure all of the modules work together to accomplish the system’s goal.

Once we have a fully functional system, we present the system to our client and for final sign-off and implementation.
